Returns Policy

Returns of unopened and unused items only.  Open or used packages may not be returned.  All returns must be notified within two days of delivery.  Buyer is responsible for any return fees by the third party.

 Refunds

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.  Please do not ask us to refund a CashApp, Venmo or Zelle Account. 

Shipping

We are an online retailer of CBD and Hemp products based out of Dallas, TX.  We deliver within 20 miles radius of Plano, TX.  Deliveries are done Monday-Saturday only.  Orders placed after 3:00PM will be delivered the next delivery day. We do not ship or deliver to Airports or Medical Facilities.  We're closed on Sundays and all major holidays.  Customer placing the order must be present with a government issued ID for age verification and identity verification.

 Out of Radius orders must email us Photo ID for Age and Identity verification prior to shipment.

 Failure to provide a government issued ID at the time of delivery or prior to shipping will result in order being cancelled and refund being issued.  The refund will be less 5% of the total.  This is the fee we get charged by our merchant processor.

 

 

• Due to legal regulations regarding THC products, Dallas Delta Delivery cannot ship any items containing THC to the following states:
  Idaho
  Iowa
  Kansas
  Nebraska
  South Dakota
  Wyoming
  THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:

• Oregon
• Rhode Island
• Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: AR, CA, CO, CT,DE, GA, HI, ID, IN, IA, KS, MA, MS,MT, NV, NH, NY,ND, OR, RI, SC,UT, VA, VT,WA, WV.
  We adhere to both federal and state laws regarding the sale and distribution of THC-related products. This list is subject to change based on legal updates, and we recommend customers regularly check their state laws regarding THC products before placing an order.
  Important Note: If you attempt to place an order for THC products to a restricted state, those items will automatically be removed from your order, and you will be notified by email. In such cases, non-THC products will be shipped as usual.
