What is Hemp-Compliant Delta-9 THC?
The term “Hemp-Compliant” refers to the THC percentage in a Hemp-derived product. Under the Farm Bill, Hemp products can’t contain more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC and the THC needs to be sourced from the Hemp plant, not from the Marijuana plant. Each product in our Adios MF Gummies Series is made from premium Hemp that contains less than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC by dry weight. In addition, each product has less than 0.3% of THC.
What is THCa?
THCa, or Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid, is a naturally occurring compound in Hemp and a precursor to THC. In its raw form, THCa is non-psychoactive, but it turns into THC through
decarboxylation, which happens when THCa gets exposed to heat. When vaped or smoked, THCa becomes psychoactive, which can get you high. However, how much THC comes from THCa depends on the amount of heat, quality, and strain.
